P2B · Read-only bridge contract candidate

CLARIXO L2→L3 Bridge Contract

A read-only contract surface showing what CLARIXO can hand toward external L3 / EVIDE anchoring review. This page does not write an external anchor, does not claim EVIDE acceptance, and does not certify Layer 3 readiness.

Contract boundary

This is a bridge contract candidate, not an external anchor.

CLARIXO can prepare L2 responsibility-state material for downstream anchoring review. External L3 / EVIDE systems must independently decide acceptance, anchoring, evidentiary strength, admissibility, and downstream use under their own rules.

CLARIXO can export

L2 responsibility object

Object identity, source evidence reference, source hash match, schema validity, promotion policy, closure state, authority coherence, trace continuity, drift state, output authority status, downstream consumability, and handoff eligibility.

CLARIXO can export

VRIL / L2.5 readiness result

Readiness status, determinacy status, missing conditions, warnings, source/target layer, result scope, policy scope, execution scope, and non-mutation guarantee.

CLARIXO can export

Handoff package candidate

A read-only export packet linking the L2 object and VRIL readiness result without mutating source evidence, L2 objects, readiness results, reports, or packages.

Downstream must decide

External anchoring outcome

External L3 / EVIDE systems decide whether to accept, reject, anchor, challenge, score, certify, or further review the candidate. CLARIXO does not make that decision in P2B.

What this page must not imply

No EVIDE acceptance

This contract candidate does not mean EVIDE has accepted, anchored, scored, or certified the object.

No Layer 3 certification

This page does not certify external L3 readiness, external evidentiary strength, legal admissibility, or downstream authority.

No policy or execution decision

Policy scope and execution scope remain none. This page does not authorize execution or enforce policy.

No claim / liability / compliance result

CLARIXO does not decide insurance claims, liability, compliance status, legal findings, or admissibility outcomes.

What happens outside CLARIXO

External L3 / EVIDE review remains separate.

External anchoring requires a downstream system or authority to receive the candidate, apply its own evidentiary model, determine whether the object can be anchored or rejected, and publish or return that result separately. P2B only defines the read-only contract surface before that step.
