Refund Policy

Effective date: April 30, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to CLARIXO subscription purchases made from TGTRACING LLC.

1. Evaluation and Subscription Fees

CLARIXO may provide evaluation access before paid subscription access begins. Evaluation access itself is not a paid subscription charge. If a team continues into a paid plan, fees are billed according to the selected plan and billing cycle at checkout or in the applicable order flow.

2. Refund Requests

If you believe you were charged in error, experienced a billing issue, or would like to request a refund, contact contact@clarixo.fun with your purchase details.

3. Review of Requests

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may consider factors such as duplicate charges, accidental purchases, billing errors, service access issues, whether paid access was actually activated, and whether the request relates to evaluation access or a paid subscription phase.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel future paid renewals at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for charges already processed, unless required by law or approved by us. Expired trial access does not itself create a paid renewal unless a paid plan was actually activated.
