CLARIXO Law Enforcement API is a dedicated integration path for systems that need to inspect responsibility continuity, output authority status, handoff eligibility, and upstream verdict references without taking over execution control.
This API does not stand above the system.
It exposes bounded signals from CLARIXO’s own self-binding governance path. The endpoint is designed for review and integration, not automatic enforcement, adjudication, or live execution authority.

What it exposes
Responsibility continuity
Whether the responsibility state remains continuous, degraded, broken, or unverifiable.
Output authority status
Whether the object is responsibility-bound, warning-marked, provisional, blocked, or held for escalation.
Handoff eligibility
Whether downstream systems may consume the object, or whether review is required before handoff.
Upstream verdict reference
A bounded reference slot for RTK-1 or other upstream readiness/verdict systems, without importing their internal evidence machinery.
Non-inheritance proof
Explicit proof that CLARIXO does not claim L2.5 readiness, L3 acceptance, admissibility, or execution authority.
Read-only signal export
No object creation, no storage write, no execution control, and no billing usage recording during early validation are performed by the signal endpoint.
Controlled integration endpoint
Use this endpoint after an L2 Responsibility Object already exists. During early validation, access is free but API keys are issued manually after review.
