Verifications
Verifications now acts as the verification-third progression entry for the OC Platform universe. It keeps the third readiness-push visible at the family-entry level, then hands off detailed truth reading, missing-condition interpretation, and continuation-adjacent readiness judgment to the dedicated Verification Detail page.
Why verification comes later
Third progression layer
Verification follows boundary-first fixation and export-second issuance-basis progression. This layer interprets anchor/stability and continuation-adjacent posture after earlier layers have already established the first readiness direction.
Current stop point
Verification-side progression is still stopping before durable fixation and reference-ready posture. Even when anchor and stability inputs appear, this layer remains below real issuance-ready progression.
Continuation boundary
Continuation remains verification-adjacent truth-reading only. It should not yet be treated as continuation-ready execution or any execution authority surface.
Downstream dependency
Verification depends on earlier boundary and export progression. This layer can summarize anchor/stability and continuation-adjacent readiness only after the first durable-anchor direction and export-side progression are already in place.
