CLARIXO is operated by TGTRACING LLC. These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the CLARIXO website, software, documentation, and related services.

1. Service Overview

CLARIXO is a software product for teams building and operating AI applications. The service may include runtime routing, fallback control, observability, drift monitoring, and decision visibility features.

2. Business Use

CLARIXO is intended for lawful business and developer use. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or use it in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

3. Accounts and Access

If access-controlled areas are provided, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for activity occurring under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

CLARIXO may provide evaluation access, guided access, or paid access depending on the current access model and the team’s rollout stage. Paid access is provided on a recurring software subscription basis unless otherwise stated. Pricing, billing intervals, renewal timing, plan scope, and continuity details will be described on the pricing page or in an order form.

5. Refund Policy

Refund requests are governed by the separate Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Evaluation or guided access does not itself constitute a paid subscription purchase unless explicitly stated, while paid renewals, cancellations, and refund requests follow the applicable pricing and refund terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use CLARIXO to violate law, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, disrupt systems, or engage in abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized activity.

7. Intellectual Property

CLARIXO and its related materials, branding, software, and documentation remain the property of TGTRACING LLC or its licensors, except for content and data you lawfully provide.

8. Service Changes

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time. This may include changes to trial structure, plan packaging, upgrade flow, support boundaries, or operational requirements. We may also update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page.

9. Disclaimer

CLARIXO is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TGTRACING LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunity arising from use of the service.
